By accessing or using Startrag, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use Startrag only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you index and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Beta services
During the private beta, features are provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued. We may grant or revoke access at our discretion while in beta.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startrag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
